RULES & REGULATIONS
The Organizers reserves the right to accept or reject any entry that does not meet the standards of the Concours or the criteria for each year. Each class may have a limited number of entries.
Organizer has the right to change an entry classification or add and combine classes depending on the amount of entries and type.
All judged classes will be scored by our judges except for Marque classes and select special awards.
Entries will be judged utilizing A 100 point scale in addition to consideration for presence, elegance and significance.
Entries accepted for the main field shall be placed within the appropriate class.
All classes for display and judging are determined by the Organizer and are subject to combination or addition classes as deemed by LVCE. The decisions of the judges will be final.
The Concours will take place Rain or Shine. Event details are subject to change without prior notice.
No transporters can be allowed on the Concours event fields. Transporter parking will be available in the designated lot directly behind the park. Detailed maps will be issued approximately 30 days prior to the event. Friday Placement. Vehicles are ENCOURAGED to be placed on the field beginning Friday 2:00pm -5:00pm. The park is completely fenced, locked and secured at night.
Saturday Placement. Sunrise is at 7:00am. Greeting and field placement begins at 9:00am-10:30am on Saturday. Show vehicles must be in position, in their appointed location no later than 10:30am on the day of show.
All cars must be left on the field until the presentation of the awards is complete, which is approximated to be 6:00pm. There is no way to get any car out until the gate reopens after the show so do not plan to leave the show field early. Judging begins at 11:00am Saturday. You must be present at the time of judging to operate vehicle.
Entry to the Concours field entitles the registrant to the following: one vehicle entry, one driver, and one passenger only.
Dressing up to reflect the fashion of the period of your vehicle is both fun and encouraged.
For the safety of all entrants and spectators, all cars are encouraged to have an operational fire extinguisher on-hand and utilize 2 wheel chocks.
Vehicles in the show may not display for sale signs, commercial signs, displays, illustrations or advertisements of any kind.
Sorry but NO DOGS will be allowed on the property other than Licensed Service Dogs.
There is unlimited seating around the field and under our beautiful mall. Personal items may be kept in the trunk, as trunks will not be judged.
LVCE will provide an Exhibitor’s Placard for each vehicle with the owner’s information and car description. Please feel free to take your Placard. Personal vehicle display boards are not permitted unless the Organizer clears them in advance.
Tool kits, manuals and brochures may be displayed in the vehicle interior or trunk, but we discourage from placing them around the vehicle where someone could trip over them.
